About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at ALFC INSURANCE AGENCY CORPORATION'.

What you'll be doing

• Review and process Policy Issuance Documents (PIDs), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with Sales Associates, clients, and internal departments to complete policy requirements.
• Monitor assigned accounts and support the policy process from quotation to issuance.
• Maintain accurate records, monitor transaction status, and prepare necessary reports.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including document filing and record management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Preferably a graduate of Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or any related course; college-level applicants with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or administrative support is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Confident, persuasive, and has good interpersonal skills.
• Computer proficient, especially in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
