Senior Quality Assurance/Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end gathering, analysis, and documentation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define project needs, priorities, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and technical documentation.
• Maintain requirements traceability through a Requirements Traceability Matrix and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in solution and application design discussions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support test planning, test case preparation, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Identify, document, track, and communicate defects, risks, issues, and testing results.
• Work closely with developers, testers, project managers, and stakeholders to support successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10 years of relevant experience in business analysis and software testing.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, workflow analysis, and project documentation.
• Solid understanding of requirements traceability, dependency management, and change impact analysis.
• Hands-on experience in system, integration, user acceptance, and end-to-end testing.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration platforms.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and system integration concepts is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
