Sales Agent

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Agent to join our team at 3K Safety, a leading provider of safety equipment and solutions in the Quezon City Metro Manila area. As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and securing new clients, as well as maintaining strong relationships with our existing customer base. This is a full-time position based in our office in Quezon City Metro Manila. What you'll be doing

• Proactively identifying and prospecting new sales opportunities within your designated territory
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential customers
• Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on the most suitable safety products and solutions for their needs
• Preparing and presenting customised proposals and quotations to clients
• Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals
• Ensuring excellent customer service and follow-up support
• Regularly reporting on sales performance and pipeline to the management team
• Collaborating with the broader sales and marketing team to support the company's growth strategies

What we're looking for

Proven sales experience, preferably in PPE or related industries. Knowledgeable in PPE products, including safety standards and regulations. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Sales is a plus.
