Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead our salesteam. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing salesstrategies, and building strong customer relationships to maximize revenue and profitability. Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Identify market opportunities, trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to optimize sales strategies and processes.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities. About you
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
