• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding
• Administer payroll with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring proper timekeeping and compliance with all regulations
• Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with local labor laws and support business objectives
• Manage day-to-day office operations to maintain an efficient and productive work environment

About you

• Around 3 years' experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of HR policies and best practices
• In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and internal company policies
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive mindset, strong teamwork orientation, and sound logical reasoning skills
