CSR - Pre Med/Allied Graduates with Direct Patient Care - WAH

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Sagility. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll provide health education, and guiding them through their healthcare journey via phone. This is a full-time, work-at-home set up*Key Responsibilities: Patient Assessment & Education: Conduct assessments, triage health concerns, and educate patients on managing chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension)

• Care Coordination: Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring follow-up on doctor recommendations
• Health Coaching: Guide patients on lifestyle modifications to improve health outcomes
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient consultations and progress
• Qualifications: Profile 1 – Allied Health Graduates - (except BS Nursing)
• With at least 1 year of: Direct patient care experience ORBPO Healthcare Voice Account handling members, pre-authorization, benefits, eligibility and claims
• Good communication skills
• Open to shifting schedule/graveyardAvailable to start immediately
• Salary package: P29K but can earn up to 30K including night differential
• Benefits: Guaranteed 14th month pay, HMO Day 1, 20% ND and Annual Increase (performance based)
