Sales Manager - Trade & Retail

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our Trade and Retail business. The ideal candidate has strong experience in frozen food/FMCG products and supermarket channels, with proven skills in sales strategy, account management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies for trade, retail, and supermarket channels. Manage and maintain strong relationships with key supermarket and retail accounts. Drive sales growth, distribution, product visibility, and market penetration. Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team. Develop sales forecasts, targets, budgets, and action plans. Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, pricing, promotions, and competitor activities. Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth product availability and delivery. Negotiate with key accounts regarding pricing, promotions, displays, and other commercial activities. Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights and recommendations to management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.5+ years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, frozen food, food distribution, or related industries. Strong experience handling supermarkets, retail accounts, and trade channels. Proven experience managing and leading a sales team. Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Willing to conduct field visits and travel as needed.
