Human Resources Manager

United Limsun International Trading Corporation is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila, this is a strategic position that will be instrumental in shaping our people-focused culture and driving human resources excellence across the organisation. As Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management and compliance. This role reports directly to senior management and plays a crucial part in supporting the company's growth and operational success.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies and policies aligned with company objectives and industry best practices
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding of new employees
• Overseeing employee relations and addressing workplace concerns, grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and professional manner
• Administering and managing payroll, benefits programmes and compliance with employment legislation and regulations
• Designing and delivering employee training and development programmes to enhance staff skills and career progression
• Implementing and maintaining performance management systems, including conducting appraisals and providing constructive feedback
• Creating and maintaining HR policies, procedures and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance across the organisation
• Supporting organisational development initiatives and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture
• Managing HR budgets and controlling costs whilst maintaining service quality
• Ensuring compliance with local labour laws, employment standards and regulatory requirements in the Philippines

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in human resources management, preferably in a management or supervisory capacity
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws, employment regulations and compliance requirements
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and workforce planning
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency with human resources information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in employee relations, performance management and training development
• Knowledge of payroll administration and benefits management is highly desirable
• Certification in HR management (such as CHRM or equivalent) is advantageous
• Willing to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City
