Client Acquisition

Plans, develops and executes sales strategies to nurture existing strong client base and expand into new market opportunities

Team Management

• Leads, organizes, motivates sales department to form a dynamic team that can meet sales objectives and provide customer satisfaction
• Manages sales office admin, deliveries and collections

Sales Management

• Generates sales forecasts and analyzes sales statistics to determine monthly/ annual sales plan
• Provides regular written reports on department performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or its equivalent
• With 8 years of experience in managerial level/ people management
• With proven leadership skills and impressive B2B track record
• Organized, trustworthy and with strong positive work ethics
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Company is located in Novaliches, Quezon City
• We offer a Monday to Friday
