About the Role

We are expanding our talent pipeline for high-caliber Mid to Senior React & Next.js Developers to architect, build, and optimize modern, production-ready web applications and data-heavy frontend interfaces. In this role, you will take deep technical ownership of complex UI engineering, advanced state management, server-side rendering, performance optimization, and AWS cloud deployment architectures. Candidates at the senior end will additionally drive frontend architecture, enforce code quality standards, and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Core React & Next.js Development: Architect and deploy dynamic, high-performance web applications leveraging React 18+, Next.js (App Router & Pages Router), TypeScript, and modern component architectures.
• Rendering & Data Fetching: Master Next.js rendering strategies—including Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), and React Server Components (RSC)—to maximize speed and SEO performance.
• State & API Integration: Implement robust state management solutions (Zustand, Redux Toolkit, React Query/TanStack Query) and seamlessly integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and WebSockets.
• AWS Cloud & Frontend DevOps: Design, configure, and maintain production deployment pipelines on AWS infrastructure using AWS Amplify, Amazon Cloud

Front, S3, and Serverless/Lambda setups.

• Performance & Core Web Vitals: Conduct deep-dive performance profiling, code splitting, image optimization, and asset bundle minimizing to maintain top-tier Core Web Vitals scores.
• Architecture & Leadership (Senior Level): Design scalable frontend system architectures, enforce strict TypeScript/ESLint standards, lead peer code reviews, and provide technical guidance across the engineering team.
• Detailed Frontend & AWS Technical Stack
• Candidates are expected to demonstrate hands-on production expertise across the following frontend and AWS ecosystem categories:
• Core Frameworks & Core Runtime: Next.js (App Router, Pages Router, Middleware, Server Actions), React 18+, React Server Components (RSC).
• AWS & Cloud Infrastructure:
• Hosting & CI/CD: AWS Amplify Hosting, Amazon Cloud

Front (CDN), Amazon S3 (Static Asset Storage).

• Serverless & SSR Runtime: AWS Lambda / Lambda@Edge, Open

Next, SST (Serverless Stack) for Next.js SSR deployments.

• Backend & Security Services: AWS Amplify Gen 2 (Fullstack TypeScript), Amazon Cognito (Authentication/AuthZ), AWS AppSync (GraphQL), Amazon API Gateway, AWS IAM Policies.
• Languages & Type Safety: Strict TypeScript (generics, utility types, strict null checks), Modern JavaScript (ES6+/ESNext).
• Styling & Design Systems: Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, CSS-in-JS (Styled Components / Emotion), Framer Motion (micro-interactions & animations).
• UI Component Libraries: Shadcn UI, Radix UI Primitives, Material UI (MUI), or Ant Design.
• State Management & Client Cache: TanStack Query (React Query) for server state; Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or Jotai for global client state.
• API Integration & Data Layers: REST APIs, Axios, Fetch API, GraphQL (Apollo Client / Urql), tRPC, and WebSocket clients for real-time streaming.
• Build Systems & Tooling: Vite, Turbopack, Webpack, SWC, pnpm/npm, ESLint, Prettier, AWS CDK / SST.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress for end-to-end (E2E) testing.
• Form & Validation Libraries: React Hook Form paired with Zod or Yup schema validation.
• Monitoring & Web Analytics: AWS Cloud

Watch, Sentry (error tracking), Post

Hog, Vercel Analytics, and Google Lighthouse for Core Web Vitals profiling.

Required Qualifications

• Professional Experience: 4–8+ years of hands-on production experience in frontend software development, with a strong specialization in React, Next.js, and AWS cloud integration.
• Employment Stability (Non-Negotiable): Proven track record of continuous, long-term employment. Candidates with a history of job-hopping, frequent short-term freelancing switches, or unexplained tenure gaps will not be considered.
• Engagement Setup: Full-time (40 hours/week) Independent Contractor commitment on a dedicated Night Shift schedule (requiring active US business hours overlap).
• Workspace Requirements: Quiet home office environment equipped with a functional desktop or laptop computer, reliable high-speed internet, and a working webcam (mobile devices are strictly prohibited).

Preferred & Specialized Skills

• Enterprise Admin Tooling: Direct experience or familiarity using Refine framework to build enterprise admin panels, dashboards, and CRUD systems.
• Advanced AWS & Serverless: Deep familiarity with AWS CDK, SST, custom Cloud

Front Edge Lambda routing, or containerized Next.js deployments via AWS ECS Fargate.

• Hybrid Mobile Wrapping: Experience adapting React/Next.js web apps into hybrid mobile builds using Apache Cordova, Capacitor, or React Native.
