WFH E-Commerce Customer Support

Our client is seeking a flexible, detail-oriented E-Commerce Customer Support to support day-to-day customer service, order management, and website administration. As a small business, our client is looking for someone who can manage a variety of tasks—ranging from customer emails and order processing to website updates and product management. The goal is to find a long-term team member who can learn the business, understand its customers, and gradually take ownership of daily operations. This is initially a part-time remote position, with potential for additional hours as the role develops.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

Respond to customer emails and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Help customers with basic questions about products, orders, pricing, and turnaround times. Follow up with customers regarding orders, artwork, approvals, and missing information. Enter and update customer orders and work orders. Update products, inventory, pricing, and other information on the website. Perform basic back-end website maintenance and updates. Help organize customer information and order details. Assist with preparing basic quotes and order information. Perform general data entry and administrative tasks. Communicate with the team regarding customer requests and order changes. Help keep projects and customer orders organized and moving forward.

Requirements

Strong written and spoken English skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks. Comfortable learning and working with different online platforms. Experience with e-commerce or order-management systems.
