About the role

We are looking for a high-performing, full-cycle US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Makati. In this combined role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad spectrum of clinical talent—ranging from high-volume, project-based allied health placements to specialized, candidate-scarce nursing and therapy assignments nationwide, with a strong emphasis on the New York metro area and remote locations. Our recruitment environment is fast-paced, highly competitive, and project-driven. You will fill high-volume requisitions, 13-week travel and contract assignments via VMS platforms, per diem shifts, and rapid-response single-day events. Because all endorsements pass through an internal Tandym delivery screener before reaching the end client, success in this role requires speed, persistent sourcing, accurate candidate write-ups, and precise credential screening.

Key responsibilities

Own the complete candidate life cycle: sourcing, screening, qualifying, endorsing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. Maintain accurate candidate records, live pipeline data, and requisition statuses within our ATS.Prepare detailed candidate write-ups and formatted resumes meeting the strict quality standards required for Tandym internal delivery review and client submission. Source and recruit Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) across critical inpatient hospital specialties including Med/Surg, ER, ICU, and Labor & Delivery. Recruit Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Physical Therapists (PTs) for hospital systems and therapy settings, primarily in the NYC area. Manage and fill VMS-driven requisitions for 13-week travel nurse contracts, per diem opportunities, and short-term assignments. Source and recruit Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and Paramedics for national assignments, including remote and hard-to-reach locations. Recruit Medical Assistants for nationwide requisitions across multiple healthcare environments. Support expanding service lines including Case Managers, Social Workers, and Licensed Social Workers (LCSWs). Deliver on large-scale project hiring, high-turnaround short-term assignments, and 1- to 2-day event coverage.

About you

Minimum 2 to 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in US healthcare staffing (nursing, hospital, allied health, or clinical support). Hands-on experience recruiting RNs/LPNs across inpatient specialties and/or allied health roles (EMTs, Paramedics, Medical Assistants). Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards, and advanced Boolean search strings. Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; highly comfortable and confident conducting live phone interviews with US healthcare professionals. Proven ability to manage multiple live requisitions simultaneously with short turnarounds in both high-volume and candidate-scarce markets.
