Graphic Artist

The Graphic Artist is responsible for creating print and digital marketing materials for Antel Land, including flyers, banners, tarpaulins, brochures, social media content, and presentations, ensuring consistency with brand and project guidelines. The role supports the marketing team in updating project visuals, organizing design assets, and assisting with basic photo and video editing to deliver accurate and high-quality promotional materials for property sales and campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design marketing collaterals for print (billboards, tarpaulins, banners, display boards, etc.)Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives

• Coordinate with suppliers for printing, installation, and quality checks
• Conduct regular site checks to ensure collaterals are updated and in good condition
• Create digital assets such as ads, presentations, templates, and certificates
• Support Sales and internal teams with their design and marketing material needs
• Assist in photo and video coverage during company events
• Operate drone and capture aerial footage for projects and events
• Edit videos for marketing campaigns and development updates
• Create and update project maps and visual materials for sales use
• Submit regular updates and ensure accuracy of visual project information
• Organize and maintain design files and assets for easy access and future use
• QUALIFICATIONSMust possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia / Advertising or equivalent

Creative, well-motivated, and always willing to learn and grow⁠Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, and other modern design software

At least 1 year of experience in a similar field is required⁠Work experience is real estate is a plus⁠Must be willing to work in Cavite
