Supply Chain Assistant

• Supports daily Supply Chain operational transactions, such as preparing stock requests, tracking shipments, assisting during inventory counts and destruction activities.
• Handles SAP postings (e.g., goods receipts) and other logistical responsibilities, along with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and email communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1 year of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, warehouse, or administrative operations preferred
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
• Available for a 6-month reliever contract
