About the Role
Medic Paths Ltd is looking for a motivated, organised and student-focused Full Time Education Virtual Assistant to join our growing international team. This is a fully remote position suited to someone who is confident communicating with students, parents and colleagues, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced education environment. As an Education Virtual Assistant, you will support the Student Success department across student communication, administration, coordination and day-to-day operations. You will be one of the key points of contact for our students, helping ensure that enquiries are handled promptly, requests are followed through, records are maintained accurately and students receive the support they need throughout their academic journey. You will work closely with an international team while maintaining a high level of independence, accountability and professionalism in a remote working environment.

Student Support & Communication
Act as a primary point of contact for students, responding to enquiries via email, text messages and other communication channels in a timely, professional and empathetic manner. Understand student needs and provide clear, accurate and helpful information. Follow up with students proactively to ensure enquiries, requests and outstanding matters are properly addressed. Build positive and professional relationships with students and parents. Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate team member when required. Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout every student interaction. Administration & Student Services
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Student Success department. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, mentoring sessions, workshops and support sessions. Manage correspondence and maintain accurate records of student communications and activities. Process student requests and applications efficiently and accurately. Maintain organised and up-to-date student databases, files and documentation. Ensure information is recorded accurately and consistently across relevant systems. Support the day-to-day administrative operations of the Student Success team. Student Success & Programme Coordination
Coordinate student support activities, including workshops, mentoring sessions and support sessions. Support the development and implementation of student success programmes and initiatives. Assist with student engagement and follow-up activities to encourage continued participation. Identify student needs and communicate relevant support options or next steps. Contribute ideas and practical solutions to improve student experience and service delivery. Help ensure students receive appropriate and timely support throughout their academic journey. Internal & External Coordination
Liaise effectively between students, parents, staff and external support services to ensure continuity of care and support. Work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments and time zones. Maintain clear communication and follow-up between relevant parties. Contribute to collaborative problem-solving when student or operational issues arise. Support the wider team with additional administrative and coordination responsibilities when required. Confidentiality & Compliance
Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate discretion when handling sensitive student information. Maintain accurate and secure student records. Follow applicable data protection, confidentiality and internal information-handling procedures. Exercise appropriate judgement when dealing with sensitive student or parent matters.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable and comfortable taking ownership of their work in a remote environment. Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a student services, administrative or secretarial role, preferably within an educational institution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate professionally with students, parents and staff at all levels. Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks, enquiries and priorities effectively. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used administrative software. Experience with student management systems is advantageous.A genuine passion for supporting student success and delivering high-quality customer service. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with team members across different time zones. Strong discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive student information.A thorough understanding of data protection and appropriate information-handling principles.A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify student needs and propose practical solutions. Flexibility and adaptability when responding to changing priorities and emerging student support requirements. Ability to communicate confidently and professionally through written channels, including email and text messaging. Personal Attributes

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred. Relevant certifications in student services, administration or related fields are a plus. Relevant professional experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
