In this role, you will support employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through employee administration, performance support, learning and development, employee relations, and offboarding. You will be a key point of contact for day-to-day HR matters, ensuring that HR processes are delivered accurately, efficiently, confidentially, and in line with Company policies and applicable requirements. Manage accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation. Process employee movements including promotions, transfers, confirmations, status changes, and separations. Coordinate probation and confirmation processes and ensure required documentation is completed on time. Support employee exits, clearance, exit interviews, and records closure. Keep HRIS and other employee records accurate and up to date. Support Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders. Prepare job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate pre-employment requirements. Maintain recruitment records and provide recruitment status updates. Coordinate employment offers within approved processes. Deliver a smooth onboarding experience, including documentation, orientation, system access, equipment, and other joining requirements. Be a Trusted HR Partner

Serve as an initial point of contact for employees and managers on routine HR matters. Provide clear and timely guidance on HR policies, procedures, benefits, leave, and employee programs. Support employee relations cases, investigations, disciplinary processes, and grievance matters as directed. Handle sensitive employee information with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment. Escalate complex or high-risk matters appropriately to the Group HR Manager / Head of HR.Support Performance & Development

Coordinate performance management activities, timelines, communications, and documentation. Monitor completion of performance reviews and maintain accurate records. Support performance improvement processes as directed by HR management. Coordinate training and development activities, including

Prepare HR reports covering areas such as headcount, recruitment, turnover, absenteeism, leave, training, and employee movements. Maintain accurate HR databases and identify data discrepancies. Provide reliable HR information to support management decisions. Support HR projects, system implementations, policy rollouts, and organizational initiatives. Identify practical ways to improve HR processes, service delivery, and employee experience. Deliver Great HR Service

Respond to employee and manager queries accurately and within agreed service standards. Work collaboratively with HR, managers, employees, and other business functions. Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism. Perform other reasonable HR duties consistent with the role and business needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Management, or a related field.3–5 years of relevant HR experience in HR operations, HR administration, people operations, or a corporate HR environment. Experience supporting multiple HR functions across the employee lifecycle. Practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance/leave administration, employee relations support, HR reporting, and general HR operations. Experience with HRIS, or other HR technology is an advantage.HR certification or relevant professional qualification is an advantage. Experience working in a structured organization with established HR policies and processes is preferred. Manage multiple HR activities, deadlines, and priorities effectively. Complete HR transactions accurately, efficiently, and on time. Identify issues, understand the facts, and recommend practical solutions. Handle sensitive employee and Company information with discretion. Maintain accurate HR records and turn HR information into useful reports. Work effectively with HR and other functions across the organization. Respond positively to changing business needs and new HR initiatives. Look for practical ways to make HR processes and employee experiences better.
