CHANNEL DISTRIBUTOR SPECIALIST -REGION 2(PABAZA)

The Channel Distributor Specialist is responsible for managing distributor(s) in the assigned area. He can lead distributor(s) in penetration and distribution across all key channels and always be on top of his collection target. He must drive and mentor the team in developing the trade through consistent quality coverage of existing accounts and the continuous opening of potential accounts in his area. He is also responsible for coordinating deliveries with the logistics team to ensure quality customer service.QUALIFICATION &

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
• Familiar of assigned areas and possesses a network of potential distributors
• Result-driven, team player, honest, leader, energetic, creative and ambitious
• Has strong analytical, mathematical, presentation, and planning skills; good communication and excellent problem-solving skills; computer literate
• Has the willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced workplace and can handle multiple tasks under pressure
• Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
• Has experience in managing distributors for local key accounts, groceries, market stalls, and sari-sari stores is an advantage
• Responsible for managing the distributor’s business performance, data, and report generation necessary for periodic business review
• Working closely with appointed distributors and managing the overall sales and distribution of the company's business product portfolio
• Deliver sales and KPI targets ensuring consistent growth in areas of responsibility
• Introduce and sell new products
• Execution of trade initiatives and programs deployed by the Brand/Marketing Department
• Report competitor activities and other field information that may impact sales
• Look for new distributors for the uncovered area
