Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We're a soap and cosmetics manufacturer looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to connect our marketing campaigns with our sales efforts. You'll support both teams day to day: promoting our products, finding new clients, and keeping existing customers happy across B2C and B2B markets. You'll work closely with our Digital Marketing Officer and report to the Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Support and carry out marketing strategies that increase product visibility and sales
• Create and share promotional materials that stay consistent with our brand
• Manage our social media accounts and run digital marketing campaigns
• Research market trends, customer behavior, and competitors, and share insights with the team
• Coordinate promotional events and product launches
• Work with external partners such as advertising agencies and PR firms
• Find new clients and build strong relationships with existing ones
• Serve as the link between customers, sales staff, and internal teams
• Cover client accounts when the Sales Administrator is away
• Track campaign and sales performance and prepare regular reports

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Comfortable using social media and digital marketing tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Organized, able to juggle several tasks at once and meet deadlines
• Creative, analytical, and comfortable adapting to changing priorities
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, beauty, or personal care (nice to have)
• Basic graphic design or content creation skills (nice to have)
