Company Nurse

The Company Nurse is responsible for safeguarding employee health and well-being while supporting core HR operations in a food production or commissary environment. This dual-role position ensures compliance with occupational health standards, provides medical assistance, and contributes to HR initiatives such as employee engagement, documentation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Health and Wellness

• Provide first aid and emergency care to employees and coordinate referrals to external healthcare providers.
• Maintain updated medical records, incident reports, and health monitoring logs.
• Conduct health assessments, assist in annual physical exams, and monitor return-to-work clearances.
• Implement and support health and wellness programs, including vaccination drives and health education.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, DOH, and company health and safety standards.

Human Resources Support

• Assist in orientation on health and safety protocols.
• Support employee engagement activities and wellness campaigns.
• Assist in compliance reporting and coordination with government agencies (e.g., DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth).

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in occupational health or a company clinic is preferred.
• Knowledge of DOLE, DOH, and workplace health and safety regulations.
• Experience in first aid, emergency response, and employee health programs.
• Background in HR administration or employee relations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and record management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on-site and support both health and HR initiatives.
