About the role
Qualifications
- Preferably a Bachelors degree graduate related to Sales, Marketing, Business Management or any relevant field.
- Experience in sales and marketing is an advantage.
- With Strong attention to details.
- With good communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and can work under pressure.
- Excellent leadership skill.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create annual sales group target and budget plan that complies with top management directives.
- Responsible in hitting the assigned group's annual sales target and budget.
- Ensure company business growth with assigned channel partners.
- Generates product developments, projects, etc., to further increase sales.
- Accomplish target number of channel partner sales activities: visit, calls, seminars, etc.
- Monitors sales target performance of assigned Modern Retail Sales Coordinators.
- Conducts audit of knowledge of company products and services of assigned sales personnel, quality sales personnel activity and on visual merchandise and planogram display.
- Must be able to manage the assigned group Sales Coordinators by exhibiting the following abilities: planning, leading, organizing, and coordination.
- Conducts regular business review meetings with channel partner.
- Monitors sales target performance of channel partner stores.
- Conducts company profile, product, and services presentation with channel partner effectively.
- Ability to develop multi-level relationship plan with channel partners.
- Monitors resolution of customer complaint.
- Exhibits activities that will generate customer satisfaction leading to continuous patronization to the company's products.
