Project Manager (Construction)

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads and oversees the overall execution and delivery of construction projects
• Manages project scope, schedule, budget, manpower, materials, and resources
• Coordinates with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
• Monitors construction progress and ensures compliance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Reviews project plans, drawings, contracts, budgets, and construction

• sIdentifies and resolve technical, operational, contractual, and site-related issues
• Monitors project costs, variations, claims, and other commercial concerns
• Ensures compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory

requirements

• Conducts project meetings and provides regular progress and performance reports to management
• Ensures proper project documentation, turnover, and timely completion
• QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant construction/project management experience
• Proven experience managing commercial, industrial, residential, structural steel, or different scale of construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, cost control, and contract administration
• Proficient in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on project sites and travel as required
