The Field Sales Representative is focused on field sales activities and on-ground promotions within Metro Manila, targeting potential OFW (Overseas Filipino Worker) customers.
Key responsibilities
Conduct field sales activities and on-ground promotions to reach potential OFW customers. Introduce and explain loan products to customers; assist with credit applications. Generate qualified leads and support customer conversion. Develop and expand offline acquisition channels (agencies, walk-in locations). Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth handovers and successful loan applications. Provide market insights and customer feedback to the team.
About you
Experience in loans, financial services, or OFW-related sales preferred. Background in field sales, roadshows, or direct selling is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
