Sr. Manager, Sales Operations (B2B, SaaS, AI)

Overview

Responsible for developing and optimizing sales process strategies to improve efficiency and business performance. Leads the evaluation, implementation, and continuous improvement of sales programs and processes across the customer lifecycle, including lead generation, activation and onboarding, lead management, account prioritization, pipeline management, and closing strategies. What you bring to the role

Proven experience leading large, cross-functional teams composed of experienced professionals, supervisors, and people managers. Ability to contribute to the development of operational plans and business strategies that support organizational objectives. Demonstrated capability to influence and provide input on strategic decisions impacting the functional area. Experience recommending, implementing, and continuously improving department-specific processes, policies, and best practices to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of functional experience, including at least 5 years in a position-specific role. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, with a strong preference for managing through subordinate managers. Demonstrated mastery of the subject matter, with a proven ability to drive significant business impact and contribute to organizational success. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and sales acumen. Experience managing and/or selling SaaS, AI, or other technology products is highly desirable. Background in vendor or client onboarding, implementation, and activation is highly preferred.
