Key responsibilities

Manage overall execution of high-rise construction projects. Lead project engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants. Monitor project schedule, budget, quality, and safety. Coordinate structural, architectural, MEPF, façade, and finishing works. Manage procurement, subcontractors, variations, and project risks. Conduct progress meetings and provide regular reports to management/client. Resolve technical and construction issues. Lead testing, commissioning, handover, and project close-out.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Licensed Civil Engineer preferred.10+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in project management. Proven experience managing high-rise projects, preferably 20+ storeys. Strong knowledge of construction, scheduling, cost control, QA/QC, and HSE.Proficient in Primavera P6/MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
