About the role

 4+ years of hands-on experience in test automation and quality engineering.

 Strong ability to design and build automation frameworks from scratch.

 Proven experience in integrating automation into modern CI/CD pipelines.

 Expertise in at least one major programming language

o Java, GoLang, or JavaScript/TypeScript

 Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright.

 Strong understanding of microservices vs. monolithic architectures and application data flows.

 Experience validating APIs and messaging systems (REST, GraphQL, gRPC,

Kafka).

 Demonstrated ability to uplift team quality through coaching, mentorship, and collaboration.

 Strong background working within agile software delivery environments and applying shift-left principles.
