SOCIAL MEDIA SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a Social Media Supervisor with solid experience in the Beauty & Skincare Industry to join our growing team! Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and execute social media strategies and campaign ideas. Work closely with the Design Team on visual content and support photo/video production, including storyboarding and scripting. Create engaging content with strong copywriting and content planning skills across multiple social media platforms. Develop and maintain consistent brand identity, tone, and messaging across all digital channels. Plan and execute campaigns for product launches, promotions, and marketing events while optimizing performance through analytics. Conduct market and competitor research and assist in paid social campaigns to improve ROI.Utilize social media analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and identify growth opportunities. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, campaign planning, and brand management/branding. Experience in developing and maintaining brand identity across digital platforms is highly preferred. Strong sense for creating community-focused content from ideation to execution. In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices. Excellent copywriting, editing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficient in social media management and analytics tools.
