About the role
The Labor Relations Specialist supports the implementation of the company's labor relations programs by assisting in employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and providing administrative support in handling disciplinary cases, grievances, and employee concerns. This role works closely with the HR team to help maintain a positive and legally compliant work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in employee relations matters
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Provide administrative support in handling disciplinary cases
- Handle grievances and employee concerns
- Attend to DOLE, NLRC, NCMB and Court Hearings
- Work closely with the HR team to maintain a positive and legally compliant work environment
About you
- Graduate of Political Science, Legal Management, or any HR related course
- Experience in Labor and Employee Relations handling DOLE compliance and employee cases
- Adept knowledge with Labor Code
- Willing to do field work such as attending to DOLE, NLRC, NCMB and Court Hearings
- Previous experience as LR/ER of a manpower agency/cooperative is an advantage
