Junior Account Executive – NavPro Sales

We're looking for a Junior Account Executive to join a growing North American technology company in the trucking and logistics space. The company provides truck-safe navigation, real-time road information, and technology solutions that help drivers and trucking businesses operate more safely and efficiently. This is an outbound sales role for someone who enjoys prospecting, cold calling, speaking with customers, and working toward sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to potential customers
• Prospect fleet owners, trucking companies, and shippers
• Qualify leads and identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain your sales pipeline
• Schedule and conduct sales presentations or demos
• Communicate with business owners and decision-makers
• Present the company's navigation and driver solutions
• Follow up with prospects and move opportunities through the sales process
• Work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Convert qualified prospects into new customers
• About you2+ years of experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, or business development
• B2B sales experience is preferred
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Goal-oriented and motivated by sales targets
• Persistent and comfortable handling rejection
• Willing to learn and develop as a sales professional
• Comfortable working fully onsite in Manila
• Experience in SaaS, technology, logistics, trucking, or fleet-related solutions is a plus
