Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements. Create business requirements documents (BRDs), process maps, workflow diagrams, and supporting documentation. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, assumptions, and dependencies. Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams. Validate requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Solution Delivery & System Support

Support the implementation, testing, enhancement, and maintenance of business applications and technology solutions. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment readiness activities. Investigate application issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with technical teams. Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements based on business needs and user feedback. Support change, incident, release, and problem management processes. Stakeholder & Customer Engagement

Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners regarding system capabilities and technology solutions. Facilitate discussions between business users and technical teams. Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders. Develop user documentation and conduct knowledge transfer or training sessions as needed. Project & Process Improvement

Support or lead medium to large-scale projects and technology initiatives. Coordinate requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and project tracking activities. Prioritize work based on business impact and organizational priorities. Contribute to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and transformation initiatives. Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Information Technology, Systems Support, or related roles. Proven experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements. Experience supporting business applications, operational processes, or enterprise technology solutions. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools, including: ExcelWordPowerPointSharePointTeamsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience leveraging Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered productivity tools to improve efficiency, collaboration, reporting, and business operations. Preferred

Qualifications

Healthcare, managed services, or enterprise technology industry experience. Experience supporting application implementations, upgrades, or system enhancements. Knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management. Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery frameworks. Experience creating workflow diagrams, process maps, and business process documentation.
