Job Description

• Supervise and prioritize all electrical work assignments within the facility
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct procedural training for staff
• Oversee the implementation of the electrical maintenance program for systems and equipment
• Manage installation and project-related activities for electrical systems
• Monitor and maintain electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Coordinate with other departments to support operational requirements
• Promote adherence to safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• PRC license is an advantage
• Experience in electrical and instrumentation work, especially in supervision and management, is an advantage
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems
• Familiarity with software and tools for design, troubleshooting, and maintenance is a plus
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to work extra hours when needed
• Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
• Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
