HR Generalist (Employee Relations)

GJH SERCONS, INC. is seeking a talented HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR functions and ensuring the smooth operations within our fast-paced organization. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and development of our business. What you'll be doing

Provide generalist HR support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations. Knowledgeable in handling Employee Relations

• Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs and implement effective solutions
• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records to ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
• Assist with the design and delivery of HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and talent management strategies
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
• Providing input and support for HR projects and special initiatives as needed

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 6 months experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience handling and attending DOLE hearings and SEnA (Single Entry Approach) proceedings is a plus. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance

requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
• Proficient in data analysis, report generation, and HR information management systems
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and pragmatic solutions
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
