MARKETING STAFF - 1 YR EXPERIENCE-SAL: 17,000 - 20,000 - PLAINVIEW, MANDALUYONG

This is a marketing role supporting campaign execution, content creation, and community management across digital and traditional channels. You will work with social media platforms, design tools, and analytics platforms to drive marketing initiatives and support promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, launching, and monitoring promotional campaigns across digital, email, print, and social media platforms
• Draft engaging copy for social media posts, newsletter blasts, blog posts, and marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, ad copy)
• Schedule daily content, respond to comments and messages, and monitor social channel growth and engagement
• Perform competitor analysis, track market trends, and report on key campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics
• Support the preparation, logistics, and execution of trade shows, product launches, webinars, and promotional activities
• Coordinate with external creative agencies, printers, venue providers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliverable fulfillment

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field0–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, social media, or communications
• Proficient in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok)
• Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress) and Email tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot)
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and web analytics
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, time management, and creative problem-solving
