DISTRIBUTOR SPECIALIST ( REGION 2 )

Centennial Food Corporation, a leading food and beverage company, is seeking an experienced DISTRIBUTOR SPECIALIST (REGION 2 ) to join our dynamic sales team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities and performance of our sales representatives. The role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to the company's continued growth and success. What you'll be doing

• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, mentoring and support to drive their individual and team performance
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet and exceed sales targets for the assigned region
• Monitor sales activities, analyse performance data and provide regular progress reports to the regional sales manager
• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team to expand our customer base
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted promotional campaigns
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and industry regulations
• Provide feedback and recommendations to the regional sales manager to continuously improve sales processes and operations

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales supervisory or managerial role, preferably within the FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) industry
• Strong people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a high-performing sales team
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders
• Proficient in data analysis and interpreting sales performance metrics to drive informed decision-making
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives
• Thorough understanding of the local market dynamics and competitive landscape in the Cagayan Valley region
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
