About the role
A Senior UI/UX Designer role based in Manila on a hybrid basis (3x onsite per week), working 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Manila Time. You will conduct user research and usability testing, create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, and design responsive web and mobile applications that are user-friendly and visually engaging.
Key responsibilities
Conduct user research and usability testing. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma. Design responsive web and mobile applications. Develop user-friendly and visually engaging UI/UX designs. Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders. Prepare design documentation, style guides, and user flows. Refine designs based on user and stakeholder feedback.
About you
At least 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience. Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app designs. Experience with Figma and prototyping tools. Experience in mobile-first and responsive design. Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design. Experience with enterprise applications is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
