Jr. Sales Supervisor

Join our dynamic team at TCL Sun Inc. as a Sales Executive, In this full-time position based in Ermita Manila City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve exceptional results. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in driving the company's sales strategy and contributing to our continued growth and success. What you'll be doing

• Support achievement of Sell-In and Sell-Out targets for assigned dealers
• Assist in managing dealer accounts and maintaining strong relationships
• Monitor product availability, display quality, and brand presence in stores
• Track sales performance, inventory levels, and competitor activity
• Prepare and submit weekly sales and performance reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations
• Help develop and implement sales programs and promotions
• Assist in purchase order (PO) processing, counter-checking, and collections
• Support field activities and oversee Field Product Specialists (FPS) performance

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and reporting abilities
• Basic sales and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel if needed
• Comes from the same industry is preferred
