About the role

Join our growing healthcare customer service team! We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Healthcare Customer Service Representative to support healthcare billing, collections, and/or patient account management. If you have healthcare account experience and enjoy problem-solving while delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient phone inquiries professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner. Update and maintain accurate patient demographic and insurance information. Verify insurance eligibility, payer information, and financial status. Review and follow up on outstanding insurance claims to maximize reimbursement. Perform accounts receivable and collection activities, including payment posting and adjustment entries. Communicate with patients regarding account balances, payment options, and payment plans. Conduct claim status inquiries and follow-up with insurance providers as needed. Maintain accurate documentation in practice management and electronic health record systems. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality standards, and company policies. Deliver exceptional customer service through professional and courteous communication. Work

Qualifications

At least 12 months of HEALTHCARE voice account experience. Preferred skill: Healthcare billing

Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in handling patient and insurance-related inquiries. What We Offer: Paid Training
