Role Overview: The Company Nurse provides basic medical care, health monitoring, and wellness support to employees in a corporate and BPO environment. This role ensures workplace health and safety compliance, assists with employee medical assessments, health programs, and benefits coordination, and maintains clinic readiness. Working closely with HR and Operations, the Company Nurse promotes employee well-being, preventive healthcare, and continuous health support, with a primary focus on night-shift operations. Key

Duties and Responsibilities

Primary Medical & Clinical Support

Provide basic medical care, first aid, and clinical assessments for both work-related and non-work-related health concerns. Assist in pre-employment, annual physical (APE), and return-to-work medical examinations. Monitor employee health conditions and recommend appropriate care, interventions, or hospital/clinic referrals. Provide dedicated on-site medical support and assistance to Operations teams during night-shift hours. Benefits Administration & External Coordination

Support HMO administration, including employee enrollment, profile updates, and claims coordination. Coordinate with HR regarding health-related government benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, maternity, and sick leave requirements. Liaise with external healthcare providers, diagnostic clinics, and hospitals as needed. Health & Safety Compliance

Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee medical records in accordance with privacy laws. Assist in ensuring continuous compliance with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) occupational health and safety standards. Support workplace safety initiatives, ergonomics awareness, and health risk assessments. Monitor and manage clinic inventory, including medicines, supplies, and equipment, ensuring 24/7 operational readiness. Wellness & HR Collaboration

Support health promotion initiatives, such as vaccination drives, wellness campaigns, and health awareness programs. Partner closely with HR on health policy implementation, preventive healthcare, and employee support programs. Qualifications and

Requirements

Education & License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Company Nurse or Occupational Health Nurse (corporate/BPO experience preferred). Schedule Availability: Fully willing to work full-time on a dedicated night-shift schedule. Personal Attributes: Highly trainable, responsible, professional, compassionate, calm under pressure, and strongly employee-focused. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Technical Skills

Basic clinical assessment and emergency first aid capabilities. Proficiency in medical record-keeping, documentation, and data privacy maintenance. Strong knowledge of occupational health standards and DOLE compliance requirements. Experience in HMO coordination and healthcare provider liaison management. Clinic inventory management for medicines and medical equipment. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) or standard digital documentation tools. Core Competencies
