About the role
JOB PURPOSE
The HR Associate supports Human Resources operations in timekeeping, employee records and 201 file management, supplies monitoring and other administrative tasks. This role is responsible for maintaining complete and accurate employee records and timekeeping, issuance and tracking of employee IDs and managing office supply inventory to ensure effective operational support.JOB DESCRIPTION1. 201 File Management1.1. Ensure that all 201 files of employee are complete, updated and properly labeled.1.2. Maintain accurate records of employee information and documents.1.3. Perform 201 file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.1.4. Ensure that there is a digital copy of 201 file in the Human Resources Information System.1.5. Monitor and arrange the 201 files of the newly hired employees and separate the 201 file of inactive employees.2. Records Keeping2.1. Ensure that there are updated digital and physical records regularly for easy access and retrieval.2.2. In charge of uploading all the personal and employment documents of each employee to Human Resources Information System.2.3. Ensure that all files are safe and confidential.3. Support for HR Services3.1. In charge of issuance and tracking of onboarding materials such as employee ID, company uniforms and payroll bank account.3.2. Assist in timekeeping every cut off.3.3. Monitor and request for department supplies. 3.4. Assist the HR colleagues with the administrative tasks and engagement activities. 3.5. Performs other tasks/duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.QUALIFICATIONS1. Education: Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or its equivalent.2. Experience: At least 1 year background in Human Resource. Successful work experience as HR Assistant, HR specialist or other HR positions.3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (201 file management and records keeping).
- Proficient in MS, HRIS and Payroll Application.
- Aptitude for critical thinking, problem solving & decision making.
- Strength of character, ethics, commitment and reliability.
- Excellent customer service orientation/skills.
