About the role
Partners with business leaders to manage employee relations, resolve workplace concerns, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle employee relations concerns, investigations, and disciplinary cases
- Provide guidance to leaders on HR policies and employee matters
- Manage grievance, conflict resolution, and case documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Analyze employee relations trends and recommend solutions
- Partner with HR and Operations teams on employee engagement initiatives
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field3–5 years of HR experience, with strong Employee Relations experience
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
