IT Project Manager/Delivery Manager (HYBRID)

Location: Philippines – Mandaluyong

Work Schedule: Dayshift – Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)Type of Employment: Contractual (6 month-initial contract, possible absorption/extension depending on performance)

Salary: 70K - 100KQualifications: Bachelor's Degree Holder5+ years of direct experience in IT project management, with a primary focus on managing software development and systems integration projects.3+ years of hands-on experience leading Scrum/Agile teams (e.g., as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager). Proven track record of delivering cross-functional software projects across web, mobile, core transactional systems, or enterprise integrations. Experience managing cross-functional teams (Developers, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX Designers) within a PMO structure is a plus. Demonstrated history of steering projects through complex deployment phases, including UAT, migration, and nationwide or multi-site rollouts. Technical Proficiency: Software Development Life Cycle & Agile Methodologies – MUST HAVEAgile Frameworks: Deep practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologies (e.g., Agile execution with Waterfall milestone reporting).SDLC Governance: Solid understanding of software development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, code repository management (Git), release management, and testing frameworks (UAT, automated testing, stress testing). Backlog Refinement: Experience translating business requirements into epics, user stories, and actionable task acceptance criteria.IT Infrastructure & Architecture

Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on exposure to Hybrid Cloud, Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Core Network concepts, and Platform as a Service (PaaS).
