About the role
Our client, a hospital facility located in Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija, is looking for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing human resource strategies that support the hospital's overall business objectives. This role oversees recruitment, HR policies, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits and compliance while fostering a positive and high-performance workplace culture. The work arrangement is full work on site.

About you
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

- Professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) would be an advantage
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
