Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding customers’ outstanding balances, payments, and account concerns. Assist customers with billing and payment inquiries, including available payment options and payment arrangements. Provide professional and compliant customer service while handling collection-related concerns. Meet assigned customer service and collection performance targets. Qualifications
- At least 1 year of International BPO experience handling a Financial or Collections Account
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work onsite in PITX, Parañaque
- Candidates must be based in Metro Manila or nearby areas
- Available to start ASAP
