Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales and Operations Manager to oversee branch performance across the assigned area, drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will provide strategic direction to branches, manage profitability and resources, ensure compliance with company standards, and lead teams toward achieving business and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across the assigned area.
• Oversee branch operations to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Manage area costs, resources, and P&L performance to improve profitability.
• Develop strategies to improve the performance of underperforming branches and support business growth.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor branch KPIs and use business data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and develop high-performing sales and operations teams.
• Implement process improvement and 5S practices to enhance productivity, quality, and workplace safety.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, financing partners, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews to ensure operational standards and business targets are achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of operational management experience, preferably in retail, motorcycle dealerships, food chains, or similar multi-branch operations.
• Proven experience in managing sales and operations across multiple locations.
• Experience in branch performance management, budgeting, inventory, logistics, and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of customer service, operational compliance, and business performance management.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to conduct frequent field visits.
