AI Automation Specialist (n8n) | Marketing & Creative - WFH/Morning

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled AI Automation Specialist to join our growing team, focused on scaling entertainment and content operations through AI-driven automation. The ideal candidate will be an expert in orchestrating AI agents and creative generation tools to build end-to-end content pipelines — from trend and market scanning, through character, music and video generation, to automated publishing and performance analytics. This role leads the design, build, testing and maintenance of complex, creative automation workflows across multiple platforms. Initially, the successful candidate will be focused on building an in-house content engine capable of scraping and analysing market and audience data, generating original characters, music and video assets, and automatically publishing this content to social media at scale. Labs, Google Workspace, and relevant social media and analytics platforms. Key responsibilities

Design, build, implement, test and maintain end-to-end automation workflows using a range of AI and automation tools to scale content creation, publishing and reporting for entertainment products. Build and orchestrate AI agents that scan and scrape market, trend and competitor data across social media and content platforms to inform content strategy. Develop automated pipelines for opportunity identification, character generation, using generative AI tools to create consistent, reusable characters and personas for entertainment content. Develop automated music generation workflows using tools such as Suno, and voice generation workflows using tools such as Eleven

Labs, integrated with broader content pipelines. Develop automated video generation and assembly workflows, combining generated characters, music, voice and visual assets into publishable content. Build and maintain auto-publishing pipelines that schedule and post generated content across social media platforms, including managing formats, captions and metadata for each platform. Work with technical teams to integrate various APIs and applications (n8n, Claude, Suno, Eleven

Labs, Google Workspace, social media platforms), including REST, GraphQL and Webhooks, and work with data structures such as JSON and XML, to ensure seamless data flow between systems. Build analytics and reporting workflows to track content performance, engagement and audience growth, feeding insights back into content and market-scanning agents. Troubleshoot, debug, monitor and analyse the performance of the solution, making continuous improvements to ensure reliability, efficiency, functionality and scalability. Collaborate closely with creative, marketing and leadership teams to ensure generated content meets brand, quality and creative standards. About you

Proven, demonstrable, hands-on experience orchestrating AI Agents (n8n, Zapier, Claude, Suno, Eleven

Labs) or in a similar role, demonstrating deep knowledge, error handling and custom node development. Strong expertise in API integration (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks) and a solid understanding of data structures (JSON, XML). Proficiency using Claude for agentic orchestration and content generation workflows. Proficiency using Suno for automated music generation. Proficiency using Eleven

Labs for automated voice and audio generation. Demonstrated experience building content scraping and market or trend-scanning agents across social media and other content platforms. Demonstrated experience building or integrating character, video and/or image generation tools into automated pipelines. Experience building automated publishing pipelines to social media platforms, including scheduling, formatting and metadata management. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong mindset for translating creative and business needs into efficient, functional automation solutions. Ability to learn quickly, work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and demonstrate high attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
