Key responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation of Human Resource and Administration through providing responsive administrative and office support
- Monitor all records of the Human Resource department and ensure safekeeping of confidential information
Perform a variety of duties to promote employees welfare such as resolving concerns on human relations and promote employees interpersonal relationship which leads to employee satisfaction
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field
- At least two (2) years of relevant work experience in human resources
- Strong organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently
- Results-driven, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks
- Maintains professionalism and confidentiality in handling employee and HR matters
