Hotel Nurse

We are seeking a proactive, compassionate, and sharp Hotel Nurse to lead our guest and employee wellness initiatives, ensure medical readiness, and deliver top-tier care in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities

• Provide immediate nursing assessment, first aid, and emergency medical response for hotel guests and team members
• Act as the primary point of contact for external medical providers, local clinics, and emergency services when higher-level care is required
• Oversee the hotel's occupational health programs, maintain first-aid stations, manage medical inventory, and lead regular health inspections
• Conduct routine health screenings for staff, manage fit-to-work certifications, and provide sound health advice to ensure a safe workplace
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical logs and assist HR/Safety committees with incident reporting and preventative care strategies

About you

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications required
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience
• Background in emergency care, occupational health, or hospitality nursing is a strong advantage
• Excellent verbal and written English; proficiency in Tagalog required
• Ability to speak basic Mandarin or Hokkien is a major plus
• Calm under pressure, highly observant, customer-service oriented, and capable of handling sensitive situations with utmost discretion
