Business Analyst (Cebu)

[Work Arrangement: Full onsite from Monday to Saturday]Job Summary: The Data/BI Analyst assigned to S&B Operations - Cebu is responsible for transforming business data into reliable dashboards, reports, and actionable insights that support operational and management decision-making. The role focuses on data preparation, validation, visualization, reporting automation, and analysis specifically for S&B Cebu operations, including sales, production, inventory, and supply chain performance. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for S&B Cebu. Gather requirements and analyze data from ERP systems, databases, and operational tools. Build data models, KPis, and reporting logic aligned with Cebu performance metrics. Analyze sales, operations, inventory, and productivity to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Automate reports and ensure data accuracy by resolving discrepancies with relevant teams. Maintain documentation and support dashboard deployment, training, and user adoption. Perform other data analysis and reporting tasks as required by S&B management. Develop and maintain custom applications using platforms like AppSheet. Support the development and maintenance of web applications and APIs.

Document system processes, configurations, and user manuals. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in Power Bl, including Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and visualization. Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot

Tables, formulas, and data transformation. Experience in data cleaning, validation, reconciliation, and report automation. Ability to translate business requirements into clear analytical solutions. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of sales, manufacturing, supply chain, or operational KPis is an advantage. Familiarity with Python, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, APis, or ERP systems is an advantage. Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, PHP, SQL, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Experience developing dashboards and analyzing business or operational data is preferred.
