About the Role

Working closely with the Team Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service while ensuring accurate and timely financial support.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care
• Maintain clear, timely, and effective communication with clients
• Build strong client relationships and deliver an excellent client experience
• Participate in client meetings and prepare detailed file

• Resolve client concerns efficiently and professionally
• Ensure compliance with lodgement requirements such as:

PAYG withholding, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, FBT, BAS, and IAS

• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
• Manage client accounts and provide financial support
• Prepare financial reports and provide insights for decision-making
• Identify opportunities to improve client processes and efficiency
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Take initiative in communicating with clients when the Supervisor is unavailable
• Willing to work onsite - Fairview, Quezon City
• Willing to start immediately

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Financial Management
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience
• With client facing experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with cloud accounting tools (Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, etc.) preferred
• Experience with Australian accounting/bookkeeping is an advantage
• BPO experience is a plus

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, data management, shortcuts)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
