Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting design proposals and updates, and incorporating client feedback into the final design. Manage project budgets, ensuring design solutions are cost-effective and within financial constraints, while maintaining design quality and standards. Job Requirements: Graduate of bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering. Has 1 to 2 years of extensive experience in design and /or construction management, or related field. Know how to use Computer aided design and graphic software. With Active PRC license. Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office Suite). Strong analytical skills to prepare reports and analyze data. Basic knowledge of database management and record-keeping.
