FIELD & DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Poseidon Distribution OPC is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing and communications team. This is a full-time position based in Davao City, Davao del Sur. In this role, you will be responsible for executing on-ground marketing initiatives, building brand awareness, and driving customer engagement within your assigned territory. As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will be the face of Poseidon Distribution OPC in the field, translating our marketing strategy into tangible results through direct market interaction and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Execute field marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and product awareness in the Davao region
• Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and trends within your assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, retailers, and distribution partners
• Organise and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, events, and promotional activities to showcase products and services
• Collect feedback from customers and market stakeholders to inform marketing strategy and product development
• Prepare detailed field reports and market analysis to share insights with the marketing team
• Collaborate with the sales team to support product launches and promotional campaigns
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of field marketing activities and provide recommendations for improvement
• Represent Poseidon Distribution OPC professionally at all external engagements and networking opportunities
• Manage marketing materials, samples, and promotional merchandise in the field

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field2-4 years of experience in field marketing, sales support, or a similar customer-facing marketing role

• Strong knowledge of marketing communications principles and best practices within the marketing and communications industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a field-based environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in using digital tools and marketing software
• Ability to travel regularly within the Davao region and conduct fieldwork
• A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the distribution, FMCG, or related industries is preferred
